Prices are for sessions of one-on-one training with a certified personal trainer. You will have a program designed specifically for you. It will be based on your individual goals and your personal fitness needs. Training will include cardio (treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, etc.), weight equipment by Life Fitness, free weights, and etc. You will have a balanced program that you will understand and use.
